Todd Allen
Board Chair
Todd recently retired as a Senior Portfolio Manager for the Registered Investment Advisor firm of Mascoma Wealth Management, a wholly owned subsidiary of Mascoma Bank, working in the bank’s Norwich office. Prior to joining Mascoma, Todd had a varied career in management consulting, marketing, and business development, with experience in the travel, hospitality, insurance and printing businesses. He earned his Bachelor of Arts degree at Carleton College and has an MBA from Harvard Business School. Todd served on the board of Camp Manito-wish YMCA in northern Wisconsin for 12 years. For the past several years, Todd has mentored at the White River School through Everybody Wins! Vermont and served on its board. Todd and his wife Peggy moved to Hartford from the Chicago area in 2012 to start Savage Hart Farm – a sheep farm with a vacation rental apartment. Todd enjoys skiing and hiking with his dogs Jack and Kiki. He also now spends a couple days a week processing wool at Peggy’s Junction Fiber Mill.

At this time, we DO NOT have opportunities available for individuals without clinical licensure. In order to be a clinical volunteer, we require Vermont licensure. Volunteer roles are based on current needs and may change as new opportunities arise.
