We are currently accepting applications for services in both our medical and dental clinics! To learn if you are eligible for services, read more below.
Services are available to eligible individuals after completing an application for services, and receiving approval from the medical or dental clinic. To be eligible for services, you must:
- Be 18 years old or older
- Live within 30 miles of the clinic in White River Junction, Vermont
- Have a household income up to 300% of the Federal Poverty Limit
After completing the full application for services (including proofs of residency and income) our team will reach out to you to confirm eligibility and scheduling information. To speed this process along, please make sure that you complete all required application information.
Completed applications are accepted in person, via mail, or via email. If you have difficulties completing an application online, we have printed copies available to complete by hand.

At this time, we DO NOT have opportunities available for individuals without clinical licensure. In order to be a clinical volunteer, we require Vermont licensure. Volunteer roles are based on current needs and may change as new opportunities arise.
