Apply For Services!
Services are available to eligible individuals after completing an application for services, and receiving approval from the medical or dental clinic. To be eligible for services, you must:
- Be 18 years old or older
- Live within 30 miles of the clinic in White River Junction, Vermont
- Have a household income up to 300% of the Federal Poverty Limit
After completing the full application for services (including providing us with proofs of residency and income) our team will reach out to you to confirm eligibility and scheduling information. To speed this process along, please make sure that you complete all required application information!
We offer a language line service to individuals in need of translation, including during the application process. If you have difficulties completing an application online, we have printed copies available to complete by hand at our organization during regular business hours. Completed applications are accepted in person, via mail, via fax, or via email.

How much does the clinic cost?
This is a FREE dental clinic for adults 18 and older who are uninsured, underinsured, or do not have the means to pay for the care they need.
Am I eligible to be a patient?
To be eligible to become a patient, you must be 18 years of age or older, live within 30 miles of White River Junction, and have an approved application. If you are interested in becoming a patient, please complete the application for services.
How do I make an appointment?
To make an appointment, you must first complete an application and be approved for services. Once you’ve been approved for services, call us at 802-295-7573 or email us at dental@goodnhc.org.
Are you an emergency clinic?
No. The Red Logan Dental Clinic is not an emergency clinic.
Are you a walk-in clinic?
No. Red Logan Dental Clinic is appointment based only.
Where are the clinics located?
Our clinics are in one building! The medical clinic is located upstairs at 70 North Main Street, White River Junction, Vermont. The dental clinic is located downstairs at 70 North Main Street, White River Junction, Vermont.

Staff
Kristin Bradley, DMD, MPH
Dr. Bradley has been the Dental Clinic Director at Red Logan Dental Clinic since 2021. She received her DMD from Tufts University School of Dental Medicine in 2020, and her MPH from Tufts University School of Public Health in 2022. A Massachusetts native, Kristin has enjoyed getting to explore northern New England in her free time!

Toby Kravitz, DDS, FAGD
Dr. Kravitz graduated from the University of Vermont in 1979 and the Temple University School of Dentistry in 1983. He practiced as an associate dentist for several area practices from 1984 to 1989, taking time off to be a volunteer dentist for the United States Peace Corps in 1986-87. He started his own practice in Norwich, VT in 1989, but continued his volunteer work being on the original steering committee for the Red Logan Dental Clinic where he continues to volunteer regularly. He was the co-chair for COHI, a Community Oral Health Initiative convened to address the dental access problems in the Upper Valley.
He was part of the Dartmouth Hitchcock Medical Center’s Dental Staff from 1996 to 2011 and is a member of numerous professional organizations, including the ADA, VSDS, and the AGD where he achieved his Fellowship. Additionally, Dr. Kravitz has participated in many hours of post-graduate dental education and has completed 5 continuums at the prestigious Pankey Institute. Additionally, he has attended many workshops at Spear Education.
He sold his dental practice and retired in 2020. In March 2022 Gov. Scott appointed him to the VT State Board of Dental Examiners for a five-year term. In September 2022, he became a Member Examiner for CDCA-WREB-CITA, administering the ADEX exam for dental licensure throughout the country. Dr. Kravitz lives in Hartford, VT with Jennifer, his wife of 42 years, where they raised their four children, Bethany, Alycia, Julia, and Avery.

Keith Rogerson, DMD
Dr. Rogerson graduated from the Pennsylvania State University in 1976 and was commissioned as a second lieutenant in the U.S. Army. After 5 years of service he left active duty and attended the University of Pennsylvania School of Dental Medicine, graduating in 1985. He then completed a residency in Oral and Maxillofacial surgery at the University of Connecticut Health Center. Upon completion of his training he was hired as an Assistant Professor at the University of Connecticut School of Dental Medicine.
Dr. Rogerson moved to New Hampshire in 1992 and joined an oral surgery practice in Lebanon and New London, retiring from private practice in 2016. He has been a volunteer with the Red Logan Dental Clinic since the late 1990s. Following 30 years of active and reserve Army service he retired as a Colonel. Interests include woodworking, backyard auto mechanics and night sky photography. Dr, Rogerson has been married to his wife Roanne for 35 years and they have one son, Coulston, who is also a graduate of the Pennsylvania State University.

Aaron Osofsky, DDS
Dr. Aaron Osofsky graduated from Cornell University in 1985, and University of Buffalo School of Dental Medicine in 1992. He completed his residency at the Yale-New Haven Hospital in 1993. As a resident he focused on the challenges of dental healthcare delivery for mentally ill, and medically challenged patients, and had a special interest in surgery, periodontal care, and interdisciplinary treatment planning. After residency, he practiced family-oriented dentistry in downtown Lebanon New Hampshire as an associate and then co-owner from 1993 until 2020. He and his wife Miriam, a clinical psychologist, raised two boys, one with autism, giving them the opportunity to learn sign language, and become acquainted with the challenges of disabled children and adults navigating the educational, healthcare, and adult service systems. He is currently retired from regular dental practice, and enjoys volunteering at the Red Logan Clinic as a dentist, and the Special Needs Support Center as an advocate for disabled individuals and their families. In his spare time, he likes to cook ( but not clean up) or hang out at the gym, or do figure drawing, or figurative sculpture, or do anything else to avoid putting away his laundry, or cleaning his desk.

Robert Alvarenga, MS, DMD
Dr. Alvarenga, a native of New Jersey, graduated from The New Jersey College Of Medicine and Dentistry in 1978. He completed a General Practice Residency at Newark’s Beth Israel Hospital in 1979. After that he practiced General Dentistry for two years and then completed a Periodontal Certificate Program at Columbia College of Physicians and Surgeons. He then moved to Vermont and opened a practice of Periodontology in Woodstock, Vermont and West Lebanon, NH. Soon after its opening, he began volunteering at the Red Logan Dental Clinic. He is most proud of the service that he provided for the Clinic. Dr. Alvarenga retired in 1974. He now lives in Montpelier, VT. where he is enjoying the great outdoors with his fiance, Carol.
