WHY IS THIS IMPORTANT?
Healthcare is becoming more complex and expensive, and many of our neighbors in the Upper Valley are facing barriers to getting the care they need—whether it’s the cost of a doctor’s visit, lack of insurance, or long wait times.
Our goal is simple: provide everyone in our community access to high-quality care, regardless of their ability to pay.
We are committed to ensuring that healthcare is accessible to all, especially when our neighbors need it most, and enhancing our organization to meet our community’s current and future needs.
Thank you for your participation through our strategic planning process!

OUR APPROACH: HOW WE’LL GET THERE

Learn & Understand
We’re gathering as much information as we can about the healthcare landscape — what’s working, what’s not, and where the gaps exist. But we know that real answers come from the people, our neighbors, who are living through these challenges every day.

Community Conversations
It was great to hear from our community members through our patient and community member surveys! This feedback allows us to better understand what the biggest healthcare concerns are and what could make a difference within our own organization.

Create a Plan for Action
Using all the information that we’ve gathered, we’re working to develop a detailed, community-driven strategic plan. This plan will focus on improving access to services and ensuring that high-quality care remains available to those who need it, when they need it most.
It will also include concrete steps to keep us accountable as we work towards these goals as an organization.

Take Action & Track Progress
A plan only matters if it leads to real change. Once we have our strategy, we’ll put it into action, and we’ll be transparent about how it’s progressing! We want you, our community members, to be a part of this journey — tracking our progress and offering feedback as we continue moving forward.
HOW CAN YOU GET INVOLVED?
Stay Engaged!
Even after the plan is developed, we’ll continue to need your support. Help us monitor how well we’re meeting the community’s healthcare needs and keep us on track with your feedback and encouragement!
