Clinic Programs 2024
Primary Care: Our primary care services cover a broad range of general health needs. Clinics are held on a varying schedule, with some services offered weekly and others monthly.
Harm Reduction Services: In partnership with other community organizations, this program aims to minimize the negative health impacts of substance use. GNHC is working to incorporate a harm reduction vending machine to increase access to services after hours, and days when the clinic is closed.
Medicare and Medicaid Application Assistance: Assistance is provided to patients needing help with Medicare and Medicaid applications on site.
Mental Health Counseling: Volunteer mental health counselors are available for patient consultations, with additional referrals to external community mental health agencies as needed.
Ophthalmology: Our monthly ophthalmology clinic provides comprehensive eye care, including diagnosis and treatment of vision and eye health issues.
Physical Therapy: Patients requiring physical therapy are referred to Cioffredi & Associates on an as-needed basis, ensuring tailored and specialized rehabilitation care.
Smoking Cessation: This program supports patients identified through screenings or those expressing interest in quitting tobacco use, supplies, and referrals to other resources.
Women’s Health: We provide referrals to women’s health programs in Vermont and New Hampshire. These programs offer breast and cervical cancer screenings, as well as other women’s health services, to eligible women for free or low-cost. In Vermont, patients can access the You First program, and in New Hampshire, the Breast and Cervical Cancer Program.
Dental Care: Our dental services encompass a full spectrum of care, including routine cleanings, fillings, extractions, and the creation of dentures.
