Mark Beliveau
Board Trustee
Mark Beliveau is a partner of the Vermont-based CPA and consulting firm of Gallagher, Flynn & Company, LLP. The firm is headquartered in Burlington with offices in Lebanon, New Hampshire, and Ahmedabad, India. With 17 partners and over 120 employees, it is the largest CPA firm in Vermont and one of the largest in northern New England.
Mark holds a dual Master’s Degree in Business Administration and Accounting from Northeastern University’s Graduate School of Public Accounting and a Bachelor of Arts Degree from the University of Vermont. He is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (including membership in its Forensic and Valuation Services section) and the National Association of Certified Valuation Analysts. Mark is a licensed CPA in New Hampshire and Vermont.
With over 25 years of experience in providing clients with a wide range of accounting and consulting services, Mark leads the firm’s transaction advisory practice area in mergers and acquisitions, succession planning, and business valuation, covering a wide variety of industries.
Prior to returning to public accounting, Mark was the Chief Financial Officer of Merriam-Graves Corporation, a $50 million, 25-branch, 200-employee distribution company that operated throughout New England and Eastern New York.
Active in state and community affairs, Mark was a member of the Executive Council for the Granite United Way. Mark has served as a Board Member for various non-profit and for-profit entities.
