Hilary Davis is the Executive Director of Development & Strategic Partnerships for Dartmouth Health. Overseeing the health system strategy and integration of all DH member fundraising teams, leading DHMC’s annual and planned giving teams, as well as overseeing strategic planning and initiatives for the DH’s Medical Healthcare & Advancement operations. Prior to joining DH, Hilary served as the VP of Strategy for Visiting Nurse & Hospice for Vermont & New Hampshire.

Building strategic partnerships and meaningful relationships with local and regional healthcare providers, volunteers, businesses, community members, and organizations to improve health services. By working collaboratively with community partners throughout VNH’s 4,000 square mile service area, Hilary impacts regional care delivery with the goal of providing the highest quality home health and hospice care for the region.

Hilary began her career at Norwich University, holding several positions in Development and Alumni Relations. Leading fundraising teams consisting of both professionals and volunteers, Hilary worked to connect alumni, family, and friends of Norwich University in supporting University strategic initiatives through philanthropic and volunteer contributions. Hilary holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Management from Norwich University, and Masters of Science in Organizational Leadership in Healthcare Administration from Colorado State Universities Global Campus. Hilary lives in Enfield, NH and loves spending time outdoors in our beautiful Upper Valley region.
