Charlie is a life-long Vermont resident and an alumnus of Woodstock Union High School and the University of Vermont (‘86).  Professionally Charlie has had four careers including commercial banking, art licensing and publishing, software publishing and retail.  In public life he has served on numerous non-profit boards across Vermont as well as in elected office, most recently as a Vermont State Representative.  Charlie is an outdoor athletic enthusiast as a participant, coach, and event director (Covered Bridges Half Marathon). He and his wife Carolyn live in Woodstock and have three grown children.
