Laura Fineberg is in her 5th year as a member of the Board of Trustees of Good Neighbor Health Clinics. Previously, she served on the board of Leadership Upper Valley after graduating from the inaugural class of the program. Professionally, she works as a Healthcare Management Consultant and is currently a Senior Project Manager for the Opioid Addiction Treatment Collaborative (OATC), as well as the Culture Campaign addressing anti- stigma and discrimination related to Substance Use Disorder and Mental Health at Dartmouth-Hitchcock Medical Center. Prior to this, she was Director of Program Development, in the Population Health Collaboratory at D-H. She received her MPH from Johns Hopkins and worked in various health care roles in Washington DC, Philadelphia, and Houston before settling in the Upper Valley of New Hampshire and joining DHMC in 2001. Laura worked in the role of Practice Manager in the Department of Orthopaedic Surgery at DHMC for 6 years, and then in Perioperative Services as Business Manager for the next 6 years. Following that, she transitioned to primary care. In September, 2014, she transitioned to DH innovation programs.
