Elizabeth R. Austin, MHA
Elizabeth is a New Hampshire native but only moved to the Upper Valley in 2020 after returning from California following her husband’s military service career. Her multiple years of healthcare management experience allow for complex industry issues and disparities to be addressed, primarily including rural health equity and points of care access. Elizabeth’s education further strengthens her ability to solve these problems, as she holds a Master of Science in Healthcare Administration from Southern New Hampshire University.
Since beginning her role as Executive Director at Good Neighbor Health Clinic, Elizabeth’s primary goal has been to follow, promote, and strengthen the mission and vision of Good Neighbor. Through her transformative leadership, she has ensured quality patient care practices, advocated for patients most in need within the community, and stewarded positive and rewarding relationships for patients, donors, clinic staff, and the Good Neighbor community.
Lori Stratton
Lori Stratton is a registered nurse and the Nursing Supervisor at Good Neighbor Health Clinic. She has been a nurse for over 20 years, previously working at a boarding school and a nursing home. Lori is very excited to be part of the Medical Clinic team working together to provide excellent patient care! She enjoy spending free time with family - they try to get together to go on adventures fishing or kayaking whenever possible.
Kristin Bradley, DMD, MPH
Kristin Bradley has been the Dental Clinic Manager at Red Logan Dental Clinic since 2021. She received her DMD from Tufts University School of Dental Medicine in 2020, and her MPH from Tufts University School of Public Health in 2022. A Massachusetts native, Kristin has enjoyed getting to explore northern New England in her free time!
Sirena Bergeron
Sirena is a Dental Assistant for Red Logan Dental Clinic. She is very excited to be a part of this community. As a prior early educator, and after becoming a mom to two little boys, Sirena decided to switch career paths. She recently started a program to become a certified Dental Assistant, and she is excited to gain the skills and knowledge to strive in this field.
In her free time, Sirena enjoys spending time with my family and pets. She also loves exploring the great outdoors and trying to cook or bake new things.
Shelly Noble
Shelly is the dental clinic coordinator at Red Logan Dental Clinic. She finds working at Red Logan and being able to help people in the community to be extremely rewarding. When Shelly is not at work she enjoys spending time with her family and many pets.
Andrea Sharon
Andrea is a dental assistant here at Red Logan. She brings a great deal of experience having worked as an assistant for over 15 years. Her favorite part of the job is meeting patients. Andrea has two dogs and many chickens that entertain her when she is at home.
Barbara MacNamee
Barbara is the Medical Receptionist and administrative assistant. She gave up retirement to work at the Good Neighbor Clinic and she considers herself lucky to have become a member of such a dedicated, lively team. Barbara spent the first half of her career working for Human Service Agencies. She then went back to school and became a teacher. Barbara then spent about twenty years in the company of 7 and 8 year olds at the Hanover elementary school, enjoying the enthusiasm and good will that accompanied the learning. She currently lives in Quechee and still tends to do a bit of teaching. However, her 20 lb Westie and 175 lb St Bernedoodle do not seem to pick up on the lessons.
Mariah Niemi
Tricia Mashal
Before joining GNHC as the RN Case Manager in July 2023, Tricia worked as an RN in the Heart and Vascular Unit at DHMC. While she loved caring for ill patients and training younger nurses at the hospital, Tricia’s case management work at GNHC allows her to ensure all aspects of her patients’ lives are cared for, not only their pressing medical needs. Tricia and her husband, James, are parents to Abby (human) and Fudge (dog) and enjoy going for family hikes in the mountains around NH and VT.
Rebecca Waugh
Proudly hailing from the Upper Valley, Rebecca brings several years of experience in the human services field. A dedicated advocate for those in need, she is committed to making a positive impact in the community. Rebecca holds a Bachelor‘s Degree in Neuropsychology and a Master’s Degree in Community Development Policy and Practice from the University of New Hampshire.
As the Community Outreach Coordinator with Good Neighbor Health Clinic, Rebecca‘s goal is to establish strong relationships with community organizations, ensuring patients have access to essential resources for health and well-being, all while spreading awareness of the clinic’s services. Outside of her professional life, Rebecca dives into various hobbies and cherishes the time she spends with family, friends, and her fur baby Henry.
Jessica Fuster
Anna Fooy, MPAS, PA-C
Anna Maria Fooy is a certified and licensed Physician Assistant. She obtained her Bachelor of Science at Oakland University in Rochester, MI in 2018. Anna obtained her Master’s Degree of Physician Assistant Studies in December of 2021 from Trine University in Fort Wayne, IN. It was there her love of the PA profession continued to grow as she learned.
Anna is enthusiastic about her profession and aims to use her skills of empathy, competency, and team-oriented mindset to provide the best patient care possible. She also currently serves as the Clinic Coordinator at Good Neighbor Health Clinic and has enjoyed making healthcare accessible to everyone!
